Responsibilities to include:
- Prepare the month end reporting pack for the PI Division
- Generate insightful reporting and analysis to review budget and forecast submissions and actual performance.
- Analysis and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts to understand working capital cycles with a key focus on how to improve processes and divisional cash flow
- Develop accurate and insightful working capital management and cash flow forecasting.
- Business partner with Operations to understand and challenge cash flow and balance sheet drivers.
- Identify and roll out best practice for cash flow forecasting and analysis across the group
- Constantly reviewing and developing existing predictive measures for forecasting business performance.
- Support the FP&A function with the Budget and Forecast process with a particular focus on cash flow and balance sheet.
- Identify root cause drivers of performance and leading indicators.
- Assist in the preparation of local Statutory Accounts
- Work closely with the Finance Systems team to establish better processes, reporting and data management
- Monitor and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support ad hoc Finance projects as required.
About You:
- Degree. CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Experience owning and developing processes
- Finance experience in commercial/business-facing roles
- Financial modelling
- Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills
- Power BI would be desirable
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset
- Excellent presentation skills (confident presenting to senior management)
- Attention to detail
- Very organised
