National Tax Department – Staff – Tax Technology and Transformation – Tax Program Management & Operations (TPM&O)

Tax departments around the world are being impacted by three macro market catalysts: global legislation, technology disruption and gaps in the ability to attract all the personnel they need with the right skills. Our Tax Technology and Transformation Program Management team assists companies in the execution of alternative sourcing models, large scale tax transformations, and individual initiatives to achieve the tax strategy. The Program Management team will enable you to help clients reduce inefficiencies, mitigate risk and drive process improvement within their tax and finance functions. We believe that by coordinating the implementation of client strategies, we can make a critical difference and you’ll be at the heart of this mission.

The opportunity

EY is currently seeking high-potential Staff to deliver exceptional client service and enable the continued growth of our Program Management team. The opportunity specifically is to assist our clients and internal teams by establishing and operating a program management office for the strategies of transitioning some or all the clients’ tax function to EY, tax transformation, or individual initiative. Our market-leading approach combines extensive functional expertise paired with a proven methodology to drive these strategies to successful completion. We utilize a standard set of tools and templates providing clients and internal teams an integrated managed approach that guides the execution of the tax strategies end to end.
