As a Senior Account Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the collections process and preparing chargeback loss reports and projects losses for reporting purposes..You will liaise with corporate customers on their outstanding of payment.

You will:

• Prepares outstanding accounts reports, hold reports/ cancellation reports, process level reports for Revenue Services and gather credit and/or reference information.
• Maintains database by entering, updating and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice queries/disputes.
• Checks and verifies account receivable records, prepares invoices, credit notes, refunds, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts receivable records.

Essential Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Account Receivable is required

Desirable Requirements:

• High work commitment, be self-supervised and able to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment
• Excellent customer relation skills, communication skills and a good negotiator.
