POSITION OBJECTIVE

AI Analyst helps plan and execute efficient production flow for the company's products. They work to design scheduling and staffing models that provide the best optimization of labor costs, production volume and efficiency.

DESCRIPTION

•  Develop plans to efficiently use plant staff and equipment to produce the maximum revenue
•  Monitor material yields, ensuring actual is in line with target. 
•  Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements
•  Analyze and evaluation cost data for accuracy and compliance of company policy, prepare weekly reports for BOD accordingly.  
•  Drive key analysis and devlopment of standard cost 
•  Determine projects to cut costs and improve profitability
•  Monitor operational KPI and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and minimize costF
•  Financial "leakages" in the organzaton and  offer recommendations to close them 
•  Audit integrity of data and key SOPs, ensuring departments stay disciplined and compliant within company policy 
•  Perform key analysis of new business opportunities  as directed by BOD

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

•  Bachelors degree
•  5-7 years of production data analyst experiance or something similar 
•  Strong understanding of processes, systems and be good with numbers.
• Communication Skills
     o Data analysts need more than math skills to estimate numerical data
     o Data analysts need to present their findings or translate the data into understandable documents
     o Write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas
•  Analytical Skills
     o Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures and analyses
     o Ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions
•  Critical Thinking
     o Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends and data to arrive at new conclusions based on the findings
•   Attention to Detail
     o Data is precise; therefore, data analysts must make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions

OUR POLICY & BENEFIT

•  Working time: 08:00 - 17:00 (from Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday/ month)

•  Transportation: Company will transport employees to the factory
