Junior Finance & Accounting Officer with English

Requirements    
Willingness to develop in Finance & Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger)
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
At least secondary education (High School diploma)
Higher education in accounting/finance/economics/mathematics and/or accounting courses would be an asset 
Eye for details
Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills
Knowledge of accounting principles as well as any experience in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable would be an asset, but it’s not requirement
Experience in SAP knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities    
Doing day-to-day operations: balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, preparing standard reports, making business to business collection calls and negotiating with customers on overdue invoices
Checking that transactions are booked according to accounting policy
Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger processes
Supporting month-end closing activities
Participation in improvement projects
Cooperation with other team members
