Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable processes
- Doing day-to-day operations (reconciliations and accounts monitoring, preparing standard reports, period closing tasks) and activities in one of following areas:
- invoice and T&E processing, responding to vendor queries, payments processing
- credit risk management, applying cash on accounts receivable
Requirements:
- Fluent English and French
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- At least 2 years of experience in Accountancy Department
- Experience in ERP system is a plus
- Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills
