Requirements    
The preferred candidate should have accounting qualification completed or in progress (e.g. Polish Certified Accountant KIBR, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
Higher education and deep, practical knowledge of accounting standards and Polish tax rules
Experience (+8 years) in the accounting environment (accounting, taxes, statutory reporting, group consolidation)
Fundamental understanding of finance processes and experience in finance systems
Good command of spoken and written English
SAP FI / CO
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
The ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
Audit experience preferred

Responsibilities    
Support in-country transitions and knowledge transfer activities ensuring alignment with targeted finance operating model,
Control operating procedures for the entities’ activities, accounting flows related to statutory and IFRS reporting,
Coordinate month end close activities, drive and support internal/external audits for the entity and support resolution of findings,
Partner with corporate tax (tax projects including: divestitures, acquisitions and transfer price documentation),
Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Honeywell standards as well as with Statutory and TAX, advise on implementation of mandatory local reporting (SAF-T formats, Transfer Price, EU MDR, etc.)
Build relationships and partner with the outsourced service providers (big4), regional/global finance functions,
Represent the Company towards local TAX Office and partner with statutory representatives of the Company
Managing the Accounts Payable process
Managing the tax returns (CIT, VAT)
Managing the performance of operational team, ensuring that the service levels are met
Coordination of audits (both internal and external)
Coordination of subsidy filing requirements
Coordination for new deals, coordination with KRS
Coordination with outsourced vendors-wrt company compliance requirements
Filing statistical data with the government/NBP filings/GUS/payroll service provider
Financial Process and compliance management
Driving improvements in the processes
