Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service to clients
  • Provide assistance in ensuring all transactions pertaining to the management of the clients’ affairs are executed timely and efficiently
  • Liaison with external parties such as Bankers, Auditors, Lawyers and Regulatory bodies
  • Maintain accurate data for all client enquiries and regularly update personal workload
  • Preparation of bank transfers, payments, FX transactions
  • Following up on client correspondence such as letters, faxes, emails, client telephone calls
  • Prepare financial statements (under IFRS/others as applicable) under the guidance of senior staff members and coordinate audit, arrange for sign off
  • Prepare tax computations under the guidance of senior staff members and file applicable tax returns (annual, APS, TDS etc) within the prescribed deadlines
  • Assist in the preparation of NAV and Investor statements for Funds under administration within the deadlines
  • Document filing, updating client information on relevant internal systems
  • Daily and effective input on timesheet or any time management system
  • Familiarize and adhere to internal policies and procedures

Skills and experience:

  • Degree in Accounting and/or Management or ACCA partly qualified or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 Years in a similar position within a management company
  • Good Knowledge of legal & regulatory framework and accounting standards
  • Excellent Customer Relations skills
  • Team player
