The role is a key support to a business partnering team who work closely together. The team reports through to the Head of Commercial Support.This role would predominately be working on the analysis of the UK practice to aid strategic decision making, with opportunities to work with other Practice Group focused IFMs on project based work from time to time.The team have overall responsibility for the Profit and Loss account and work with management to ensure that the firm's financial performance is better than budget and in line with strategic objectives around profitability improvement and working capital management.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs
  • Reporting and investigation of management accounts and variance analysis
  • Running adhoc reports in order to investigate queries
  • Analysing monthly management information (including performance statistics), investigating problems/issues.
  • Working on providing data to support strategic decision making for the UK practice
  • Opportunity to be involved in various projects within the IFM team
ABOUT YOU
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, Sumif, Vlookup)
  • Possess a high level of analytical and numeracy skills
  • A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind
  • A passion for delivering results
  • Ability to present information to non-finance professionals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
