Purpose of Job:
- Business analysis and related project work in line with IT roadmap and in support of a dynamic and growing business
- Design and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions, services, equipment, MIS and reporting tools at optimum cost
Key responsibilities and duties - daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
Business Analysis
- Identify areas for improvement
- Undertake business analysis as required with appropriate documentation
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve, realign or automate processes
- Manage communication with Senior Management
- Design IT solutions
- Test IT systems and solutions
- Provide training for the systems implemented
Project Management
- Deliver changes required by FPS process owners to time, quality and budget
- Manage the project life cycle following a recognised methodology such as Prince2
- Manage initiation including scope and business case
- Manage other stages through build, test, go live, Early Life Support and post project review
- Provide timely and accurate information to facilitate decision making and business improvement - right information in the right format for the right person at the right time
- Maximise the investment made in FPS's ERP system K8
Relationship Management
- Form, maintain and influence business relationships at a senior level within AAG, FPS and its stakeholders
- Liaise closely with all key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure adequate forward planning, integrated decision-making and proactive management to achieve the most efficient business processes that support the company's strategic objectives
IT Support
- Provide 3rd line support for K8
