This position is part of the EMEA Channel Run the Business Team (EMEA RTB). At Dell EMC, the Channel sales organization is poised for incredible growth across multiple lines of business. The EMEA RTB team is tasked with ensuring that our sales organization has the ability to outlook, measure, analyze that business through the provision of key analysis, reporting tools and systems and a close business partnership with our team. Our team leads the establishment and communication of key business insights, reporting processes to support running the business, drives system improvements by working with the BMS team and also partners with the Global RTB team to drive effective business analytics across the sales organization. Principle Responsibilities: Implements process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience or productivity Assists with implementation of solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives Assist with administration of new training programs to fill competency gaps May work with operational support to maximize sales force productivity Identifies gaps in current reporting model and system/process structure and makes recommendations for resolution May analyze or recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company's competitive advantage in the market Utilizes operational support to maximize sales force productivity Skills: Ability to analyze detailed information and draw accurate conclusions Advances project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects Strong knowledge of the Dell EMC Channel Organization Ability and experience in managing large data sets Ability and experience in managing multiple stakeholders from both the sales organization and operations organization Advanced computer skills Ability to work as part of a cross functional team / remote team When you choose our company, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders.
