GVZH Trustees Limited is currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join its Corporate & Trust Team within the Accounting Department

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will be:

• Supporting the client accounting team responsible for a portfolio of clients, handling accounting and other related duties.
• Assisting in the day-to-day routine accounts’ procedures.
• Solely responsible for issuing monthly payroll for a range of clients, submitting and settling payers’ monthly payment advices.
• Performing any other duties and reports as may be determined by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• In possession of an Mcast qualification as an Accounts Technician or B.Com.
• Previous experience within an accounting environment.
• Proficient with MS office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in business English.
• Preference shall be made to candidates with experience in payroll. Previous working knowledge of Dynamics NAV is an asset.
• Has the ability to work and perform under pressure.
• Efficient and have a great eye for detail.
• Able to work on own initiative and in a team whilst also adhering to deadlines.
