The job will require the candidate to be experienced in the IFS Financial Module. The candidate will have to drive the IFS financial module's implementation and training. Experience in Accounting ERP with migration or implementation exposure is required.

Description
- Be responsible for driving the company's IFS financial module implementation.
- Run the introduction, training and implementation of the IFS financial module's on its functionality.
- Be in charge and the authority on the IFS settings according to the Board's mandates.
- Improve the IFS process through reviewing.
- Document and prepare the IFS process workflow procedures and policy.
- Carry out testing of the system of the financial module.
- Deal with IFS issues in regards to Financial Reporting through troubleshooting.
- Communicate and coordinate with inter-departments interactions through IFS initiatives whenever needed to improve integration results.
- Support IFS financial information dissemination effort to transaction owner.
- Work closely with IFS consultants (outsourced) to make sure that the IFS is operating smoothly.
Profile
- The candidate must have a strong Accounting background.
- The candidate must have an ERP background with experience on the migration or implementation of IFS/ERP.
- The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in ERP system implementation.
- Understanding of ERP system work-flows.
- Able to work diligently and independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to travel to carry out and facilitate IFS implementation.
