Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to evaluate the performance of the organisations existing assets through strong financial analysis
- Represent the Development Team in relation to the Asset and Liability register
- Ensure data integrity is maintained and data management systems are in place to enable the evaluation of assets
- Undertake an annual review of development appraisal parameters
Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified accountant
- Experience in calculation of NPV and IRR
- High degree of IT literacy
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Offer
£45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience together with a generous bonus scheme
