VAT Specialist

Our Client, a highly regarded international law and tax consulting firm, is actively seeking to recruit a VAT Specialist to join their tax advisory team in Dublin. This dedicated team of tax lawyers and accountants provides expert advice to a wide range of clients in Ireland and internationally.  This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their own VAT advisory team and to develop themselves as a head of function/Partner. The Role - Provide VAT support to Partners across a variety of tax advisory projects; - Advise on the VAT aspects of transactions as part of a wider tax advisory team; - Advise many leading domestic and international corporations and financial institutions doing business in and through Ireland; - Provide detailed research on technical VAT issues; The Person - Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor and/or professional accounting or legal qualification with possibly between 4 and 8 years experience in a VAT advisory team; - Impressive academic history; - Strong communication and organisational skills; - A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met; - A strong work ethic and flexible approach to work; Interested candidates should contact Brian Carroll on 01 2314694 / 0876448188 to discuss this role or email your CV to him.
