We are recruiting 20 Trainee Chartered Accountants for immediate start as part of our 2017/18 Recruitment Campaign (applications are also welcome from ACCA, CPA and CIMA students).  Positions are available for immediate and Autumn start, both for new trainees and those who have had contracts terminated due to exams. The recruitment process involves both an interview and, depending on your availability, an unpaid internship of up to 5 days. What you will be doing You will be learning from and working with an excellent caliber of colleague and best practice quality systems. Our hands on approach means that each trainee is given significant responsibility from day one and are fully supported by the Firm's management team and in particular through direct on the job experience with the Partners. Typical services provided to EisnerAmper Ireland clients include: Corporate audit, accounting, company secretarial and compliance services; Tax compliance services; Outsourcing services to foreign inward investment clients; Regulatory inspections and forensic work; Governance and compliance advisory; and Business advisory services. You will get the chance at the interview to meet current trainees who will answer your questions and share their stories about life in the Firm. Your development Your development is our future and our approach to education and training reflects that. Education & training is so integral to our business that it is one of the professional services we offer clients such as law firms and banks. We provide continuous coaching and training to develop our people into business advisors and professional practitioners. Training programs include: monthly in-house learning afternoons; 2 day internal technical training sessions in December; offsite training day in March; and 2 day residential training course in November. There is a strong coaching atmosphere within the Firm, where senior staff offer advice and support (through buddy systems) to trainees over the course of their training contracts. Partners are closely involved in the CAI Training, Audit and Assurance, QAC Committees and lecture on the FAE.
