Cost/Management Accountant - Co Antrim

Our client are looking for a candidate who has forged a strong career within Cost/Management Accounting, and who is keen to work closely with the Head of Finance to drive efficiency and increase profitability within the business. This position presents a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to make their mark upon the business, drive change and add value. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing a cost model, variance analysis, preparing management accounts, producing regular budgets and forecasts, and being a senior figure within the finance team whilst recommending cost saving strategies and spotting business improvement opportunities. Other duties will include deputising for the Head of Finance on an adhoc basis. All applicants should demonstrate 3+ years experience in a similar role, and should hold a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) although qualified by experience candidates will be considered.
