Part Time Accounts Administrator Toome £8-10 ph (9-3 Mon-Fri) We're working with locally owned and expanding firm based in Toome who are seeking to recruit for an accounts administrator to join their team. Responsible Purchase Ledger - Processing Purchase Orders and Post Supplier Invoices before checking and processing payments Sales Ledger - Processing Sales Orders and production of Sales Invoices Email customer statements monthly / reconcile supplier statements monthly. Credit Control Provide effective support to the Accountant and undertake other duties within reason and competence as requested to do so.
