Finance Business Partner
A newly created Finance Business Partner role working across financial services based in Yorkshire and the Humber, but remote working currently moving to hybrid (1 - 2 days office based) A great opportunity for someone with banking sector experience to be able to move into this high profile and new team.

A financial services based organisation in Yorkshire, but working remotely at this point in time with a view that blended office and home working will be the long term plan. You will be able to use your accountancy skills to have an impact in supporting the NHS response to Covid-19.
This is a newly created Finance Business Partner role working with a number of different stakeholders across the organisation. Key areas of responsibility will include:
As Finance Business Partner, work closely with key stakeholders to plan, budget and forecast for their areas.
Develop models to support in the production of quarterly re-forecasts and in the production of the cost forecast for the 5 year Strategic Plan
Develop an understanding of modelling assumptions and underlying business drivers and challenge as appropriate
Translate forecasts and business plans in to phased budgets and provide analysis and monitoring of actuals against forecast
Track and analyse actual spend against agreed budgets and advise action when appropriate
- Review regular management information and provide commentary suitable for Board/Senior Leadership Team consumption
Candidates will be fully qualified accountants ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA or CIPFA ) and will have previous finance manager or finance business partnering experience. It would be useful to have previous financial services experience, but more important is experience of successfully delivering a high quality level of finance business partnering across a large and complex organisation.
A salary of c£40,000 - 45,000 depending upon relevant experience
Generous holiday (30 days plus statutory days) and pension scheme entitlement (15% contribution) as well an up to 11.5% bonus
