Senior Manager Finance Operations

This role ensures effective management and controls pertaining to STZA’s finance and account operations including automation of the Finance function. Develops financial and accounting policies and guidelines to meet the requirements of governance, financial/accounting accuracy, and financial risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

● Document and manage financial and accounting policies and procedures while ensuring accuracy of financial and accounting reports/information.
● Direct supervision and detailed tracking of revenues, expenditures etc. of STZA and in scope subsidiaries (if any) and recommendations for improvements, while ensuring all accounts remain reconciled to the periodic accounting cycles.
● Direct supervision and detailed tracking of all accounting heads/codes of STZA and in scope subsidiaries (if any) and provide necessary feedback/recommendations for improvements.
● Lead all finance project initiatives relevant to automation/ERP/Process/Policy formulation or any other assigned financial projects.
