FP&A Business Partner

The role is responsible for 'hands-on' data consolidation, reporting, forecasting and modelling duties. The role moves at a fast pace in order to provide senior management timely and insightful results on key business performance indicators.

Description

• Ownership of company budget and rolling forecast cycles
  • Leading and maintaining internal budgeting process
  • Disseminating information to business leaders and providing challenge and actionable insight
  • Rolling forecast updates based monthly performance reviews
• Understand current business performance. In particular, understand trends and the impact on current and future results and challenge key business assumptions
• Producing monthly business performance commentary
• Lead the production of monthly business reporting packs
• Maintenance/production of company KPIs and models
• Able to design, use and maintain data models for use in analysis, modelling, and incorporate them into the FP&A team workflow
• Provide ad hoc business analysis, planning and modelling support to FP&A Manager and Executive Team
• Continued development in reporting timeliness, processes and quality

Profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience
• Highly proficient in Excel/spreadsheet skills
• Prior analytical and financial experience with budgeting and financial modelling
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Approachable and a great team player with hands on attitude
• Problem solving skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Adaptability, flexibility, resilience
• Fluency in English
• Netsuite experience (desirable, but not essential)
