We are looking for an Senior Finance Business Partner - EU Projects who is excited to join us as we work to transform our hiring processes to deliver a bar raising candidate experience. In this role you will be responsible for partnering across functions and countries to evaluate the EU Ops hiring landscape, develop a portfolio of transformation initiatives and drive them to completion. This role requires complex financial analyses. It also has a high degree of stakeholder partnership and visibility, you could be comfortable with influencing to drive outcomes. You should be passionate about solving big and complex problems using data, even when the answer or the problem is ambiguous. You should be eager to continuously learn and improve your skills.

We work across a broad and diverse scope of stakeholders to ensure we are making the best possible choices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating/refining business cases per project/business line/country/region (European scope).
• Building mechanisms to enable tracing continuously results versus projects commitments (e.g. performance, attendance, attrition, supporting departments HC requirement etc.).
• Provide guidance to BI engineers that would help to develop dashboards, portals, engines aiming to improve the visibility on the change/progress to the senior management.
• Pushing back against external and internal pressures to ensure that decisions are made that balance the best interests of employees and the best interests of the company, ensuring that commitments are maintained.
• Examining costs, benefits, and tradeoffs across multiple customer groups to assess impacts and benefits of proposed actions.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in acting as a finance business partner to complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Experience in supporting implementation of dashboards, metrics or reporting mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven to develop cohesive and positive strategic relationships with business partners and peers across all levels of seniority including top management.
• Strategic perspective - ability to look across a complex business environment and identify opportunities, assess risk and impact of decisions, and forecast short and long term outcomes.
• Willing to self-motivate and be curious / committed in achieving effective results within ambiguous environment.
• Self-starter, able to independently assess priorities and deliver high quality results in an ambiguous environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20%
