Assistant Financial Accountant

Working within the Group Finance Department, my client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual wanting to join a progressive and rapidly expanding PE backed business.

Description

• Preparation of the Monthly board reporting
• Support the Month End management accounts process ensuring deadlines are met
• Responsible for the consolidation of the P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow for the group
• Support the continuous improvement of finance processes
• Preparation of the Quarterly VAT returns & assist with Corporation Tax and other tax processes
• Preparation of the group FCA returns & support on compliance projects
• Assisting with the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting
• Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts, consolidation and statutory accounts

Profile

• Part qualified CIMA or ACCA
• Proven work experience in management accounts
• Experience in group accounting advantageous
• Advanced excel skills
