You will report to Financial Controller and lead a team for financial reporting, management reporting and operation management.

Our Client is a sizeable Property Developer in Hong Kong.
Description
Responsible for the Group property management division, you will lead a team of > 10 people to support Financial Controller in daily finance operation, monthly financial and management reporting and ad-hoc projects. It includes but not limited to month end closing review, consolidation, preparation of budget, forecast and financial analysis, internal control review, coordination of annual audit and tax filing. You will also take up the lead of system implementation and process improvement initiatives for sustainable growth of the Company.
Profile
- Degree holder with CPA professional qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in property management industry
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
