This role is a great opportunity to lead change and help evolve our strategic deposit and cards originations processes.
The team sit within the Digital Experience delivery train. Primarily supporting the Macquarie Transaction and Savings, as well as the Macquarie and Whitelabel Credit Card application forms. We are also looking to the future to build out a componentised, reusable originations process that can be extended to support more products and integrations into other originations channels.
In this role you'll work closely with Digital Experience and Business Product Owners and Scrum teams to refine and write user stories and support the agile delivery of features E2E across dependent technology and business teams.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels, and your structured approach and analytical thinking will be crucial in managing multiple inflight features at various stages of refinement and delivery cycle.

To be Successful in this role you will have
- experience with digital application / web projects
- experience in Agile teams
- solid understanding of SCRUM and Kanban
- ability to translate key digital experiences into technical user stories
- customer focus with deep understanding of the value of customer experience, human centred design and customer journeys
- strong organisation, prioritisation and scheduling skills
- strong problem solving and process improvement skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong multi-level stakeholder and relationship management skills
- strong team focus
- exposure to SAP/Pega, originations of retail banking products, and/or API-based financial services platform is a bonus
