Financial Accountant

Working for the European head office of a global financial services company we are looking for a part qualified or recently qualified accountant seeking a 1st move from practice or a career move from industry. Our client offers significant opportunities to progress your career whether this is in their technical accounting or commercial finance teams. Whilst previous financial services experience would be beneficial, this is not essential.

The role includes;

• Take responsibility for monthly and quarterly reporting to deadline
• Produce detailed, accurate and effective MI
• Review existing processes and identify and implement improvements to promote change and continually develop efficiencies.
• Work with different stakeholders and provide tailored analysis and evaluation for presentations/reports to support informed decision making.
• Support specific business areas, assisting in the production of data and analysis

We are looking for;

• Part qualified or recently qualified accountant
• Ability to build and maintain strong working business relationships.
• Good analysis skills
