Responsibilities
You will be part of the finance team managing the procurement function for the Authority. You will perform checking on procurement submissions to ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures and provide advisory to the line departments on procurement matters. You are also required to conduct regular review of procurement policy and work processes to improve efficiency and strengthen controls to ensure its continued relevance to the organisation. You may be asked to take on ad-hoc finance related assignments, and participate in IT system development projects.
Requirements
Successful candidates will be offered contract employment. Remuneration shall commensurate with qualification and experience.

Requirements
- A degree in accountancy, business or equivalent is preferred.
- Independent, resourceful and meticulous.
- Self-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Those with working experience in the public sector and familiar with Government procurement procedures will have an added advantage.
