Internal Audit Manager, DA & Robotics

Job Responsibilities

Performing more complex data analytic work
Helping to educate and encourage rest of team to use DA
Support Associate Director, DART in helping to test various tools to be used
Train and develop the team on use of new tools
Develop relationships internally in IA and also within the firm to source the necessary data, key emphasis on data identification and exploration
Support team in developing continuous risk assessments and continuous auditing, leverage use of data analytics and particularly implement robotics/AI to help identify and perform continuous and automated auditing on high risk areas
Perform administrative duties, when required.
Assist team members within the operational IA teams to improve their skills
Stakeholder Management.

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:

Bachelors or Masters' Degree, preferably in the field of statistics, data science or artificial intelligence.
At least 6 to 8 years' experience in BI, data visualization, machine learning and AI.
Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Hands-on experience in SQL, Tableau / Power BI, R / Python and UiPath
Has completed or is in process of completing advanced external data science training and qualifications.
Can build relationships with key stakeholders in sourcing the data and helping to support the teams in performing DA on audits.
Strong leadership qualities and general management skills.
Strong project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate cross-functionally, across levels, with diverse groups in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple / concurrent projects.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
Independent self-starter with ability to multitask. Able to work with minimum supervision and effectively under pressure/tight deadlines.
Attention to details, creative mindset and interest in data analytics
Meticulous, quick to learn, detailed, ability to work with many parties in the SingTel Group.
Have a 'can-do' attitude
Experience in using machine learning in Telco industry advantageous
Experience of working in an internal audit department or supporting an internal audit department in Data Analytics works
