Jobscope
- As business finance partner, responsible to develop, present & advise financials to management for decision-making, including;
- Analyse, determination of point-of-view and presentation of period financials and business drivers (actuals, forecast, AOP)
- Involvement in assessing strategies across revenue growth and cost optimisation, including liaising with consultant
- Partner in the timely establishment of fair value of CyberCo common stock and stock options in collaboration with Cyber Security Mgt and external valuer
- Perform accounting impairment review and manage/liaise with stakeholders across auditor and management
- Business decision support for Management and liaise with Treasury
- Finance support to Investment team with regards to M&A and Divestments
- Analyzing and advising structures for Management incentives and bonus
- Responsible to consolidate and report the CyberCo/Global Cyber financials, including;
- Manage/supervise shared chartered accountant to partner with Cyber Finance colleagues in Regional Offices to consolidate, reconcile, analyse and present management financials/drivers (monthly, quarterly (MD&A), annual) in a timely and quality fashion. Such financials include CyberCo (IPOCo) view and Management (Global Cyber) view of actuals, forecast & AOP, and constant/reported currency
- Supervise colleagues in the audit completion of legal entities under Global Security Grp (including CyberCo Grp consol)
- Evaluate approach to automate (Eg RPA) consolidation and/or streamline process
- Any other tasks assigned by Finance Director or CFO
The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience in (including mix of)Business financial partnering, Accounting, financial planning & analysis
- High Level of Accounting Proficiency
- Robust level of Analytical Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications ( Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency with valuation techniques
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills, comfortable liasing with Top Management Stakeholders
- Good Presentation Skills
