This position is a part of a team of analysts that supports Electrical Sector - Americas. Its primary responsibility is to manage, execute and co-ordinate with the team to drive various projects. The candidate has to work with stakeholders as well as the team to agree on project objectives and then to ensure that the project is completed within time and is delivering desired results. The candidate is expected to inculcate best practices for project management in terms of approach, tracking and delivery.
Candidate should be able to create compelling presentations to build business case for the project and is able to tell the "story" to management as well as other stakeholders for buy-ins.

- Coordinate within the team and stakeholders for the flawless execution of project
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and meet the objectives
- Build a story around project and be able to tell/sell it to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility, capability and bandwidth
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ability to translate intelligence from data into business language with clearly articulating the approach, impacts and results - Sell Stories through presentations!
Qualifications
- Post graduate in management or project management certification.
- 6-8 years hands on experience in leading and managing analytics projects.
- Understanding of Analytical concepts, tools and its applications
- Knowledge of project management tools like Ganntt Chart, MS Project.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills with available tools and techniques
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
