About this position
We are seeking business analyst who needs to meet business requirements related to advanced visualization for Connection Systems Product Line Management (PLM) function. The analyst will functionally be part of Portfolio Strategy global team and enable the organization to have a competitive advantage with strong slide writing and visualization skills, who can help produce high-end PowerPoint slides, advanced data visualizations for developing effective communication and marketing materials.
The incumbent needs to engage with multiple business functions like Sales, Engineering as required.

Job responsibilities
- Responsible to manage and meet all requirements related to visualization and analytics for Global Product Line Management function.
- Need to independently execute the entire project - coordination, schedules/timelines, collection of information, developing content, creating necessary visualizations.
- Develop high-end PowerPoint slides, advanced data visualizations using ThinkCell, Efficient Elements, Tableau etc.
- Work with cross-functional leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop appropriate content.
- Run basic data analysis to create scatter plots, variwide charts, waterfall charts, etc.
- Conduct secondary research to collect, analyze and appropriately communicate market reports and other market intelligences.
- Perform data analysis on key business parameters : growth, profitability / margin, market size, market share etc...
- Need to interact with the teams globally on a day-to-day basis. Need to communicate and work with the global managers and directors on various business requirements.
- Management and coordination of the project activities along with regular reporting to top management on the progress and status.
Basic qualifications
- Qualified Master in Business Administration (Marketing), Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical).
- 3 years to 5 years of experience in visualizations / analytics.
- Experience in Product Marketing activities desired.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to effectively and professionally communicate at all levels (internally and externally).
- Experience in advanced visualizations tools like ThinkCell, Efficient Elements, Tableau etc.
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in MS Office tools (MS Word, PowerPoint and other support tools)
