Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between the client & data/technical team to ensure smooth product implementation
- Interview business users to elicit and gather data & business requirements
- Think through all the various scenarios / needs identified and highlight unaddressed scenarios or needs
- Challenge the current business process where it is suboptimal and propose enhanced process
- Document business requirements and translate business terms into functional specifications, and technical requirements for the understanding of the data/ technical team
- Document testing scenarios and capture test cases to be used during user acceptance testing
- Follow the requirement review process with business users and get sign-off on business requirements and functional specifications
- Coordinate with data/ technical teams to ensure proper data is mapped and integrated
- Conduct analysis of data, create rules for derived data sets and aggregates as needed
- Configure business rules and workflows to meet the business requirements and functional specifications
- Coordinate between the business users, development and support team on development, testing and release
- Develop report and presentation for change requests, development proposals, business cases and other control
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience (Exp Range - 8 to 10 Years)
- Involved in at least one complete project lifecycle in any Enterprise core banking solution (or CBS) project.
