PPM System Support
  • Participates in the requirements gathering, evaluation and implementation of new features and functionality
  • Implement tools and processes to monitor and report PPM System health KPIs related to performance, availability and usability.
  • Works with IT and/or vendor, as appropriate, to design/configure PPM systems to improve operational efficiency and utilization.
  • Implements and tests prototypes in collaboration with IT or vendors. Applies appropriate testing procedures and scripts for timely system validations per IT guidance.
  • Tracks, troubleshoots, and resolves systems-related issues in collaboration with IT and vendors as appropriate.
  • Conduct user access reviews in accordance with IT schedule

End user support
  • Design, develop and maintain the tools, templates, guides and outputs that Project Managers, Team members, Functions and Franchises need to develop consistent, high quality, best in class project plans and manage project portfolios.
  • Develop PPM training content and provide end user support to resolve tool related usage.
  • Implement tools and processes to monitor and assure the application of consistent high quality project planning practices and standards by all Project and Portfolio Managers.


  • BS in computer science required
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with PPM enterprise systems preferred with Planisware Experience in participating with cross functional teams and projects
  • Experience with visualization tools; i.e. Tableau to create reports
  • Strategic thinking to assess implications on decisions and building cases for change to improve the system and processes
  • Excellent knowledge in conceptual thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of Information Technology and its applications to project and resource management systems as well as web-based reporting and executive information systems.
  • Very strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
