Description
The position will drive improved data integrity and create best in class data management policy, establish processes around data governance, and build data infrastructure to improve business performance reporting and incentive plan administration.
Responsibilities
- Design strategies and processes to improve data sourcing, consolidation, and integrity through data validations and quality controls
- Own and optimize critical dataset for monthly reporting
- Reduce recurring manual data manipulations through data warehousing and management
- Drive greater data integration, archiving & list management
- Enhance Salesforce integrity & improve hierarchy maintenance through enhanced reporting and feedback
- Drive ongoing process improvements to reduce production times, increase accuracy and improve transparency
- Implement archiving of reporting and incentive plan outcomes
- Develop strategies & processes to drive data governance, increase automation and accuracy, & implement quality controls
- Create and maintain SOP documentation for all processes
- Provide backup support to peers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-5 year's professional experience developing business analytics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large data sets and develop insights and recommendations based on findings
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing databases, introducing governance and controls
- A self-starter who is goal oriented and demonstrates initiative, and able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
- Strong business and financial acumen, with quantitative and analytical skills to design reports and manipulate data
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Able to have flexible work hours to support project across time zones
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in use of the computer and software packages such a MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access. VBA and SAS programming required
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global teams
