As our Business Analyst you will work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum team to refine and write user stories, provide guidance to the scrum team on user behaviour and to enhance user experience. You will help drive development, identify areas for improvement through data analysis, and promote continuous improvement to enable us to achieve our strategic goals. You will also be helping the team with ensuring the quality of work being delivered is upheld, as well as sharing the responsibility of providing production support.

You will need to bring the following to this role:
- 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role preferably within financial services
- a background in digital design would be highly desirable
- practical experience in kanban agile environment
- advanced problem-solving skills
- adaptability to fast moving environments
- strategic thinking and experience working directly with developers and creative teams
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- excellent time management skills.
