SUMMARY
WONGDOODY APAC has brought together a world-class team of creative experts in strategy and innovation, multi-channel user experience, visual design, technology and delivery. With our proven ability to attract and retain top talent, we're looking for a Business Analyst who is highly customer focused and can help shape the future of our digital products to improve ways of working and customer engagement. Someone who demonstrates a knack for analytical and data driven thinking to solving problems; You should be a strong communicator who can collaborate at all levels and advise & influence our clients and business partners, to shape the direction of travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, interviews and deep dive sessions,
• Own the capturing and end-to-end management of functional requirements, across the full product lifecycle from ideation to successful sign-off,
• Clearly document detailed functional requirements and comprehensive acceptance criteria,
• Simplify requirements and ensure they are easily understood across the whole team,
• Work with technical development to ensure non-functional requirements are documented, accepted and included in test plans,
• Collaborate with all internal and external teams to fully develop requirements, by highlighting edge case scenarios and helping to anticipate GAPs and unknowns,
• Serve as a "go-to" team member for resolving blockers relating to requirements and scope,
• Provide proactive support to the client product owner in capturing & finalising requirement detail, and in the articulation of decisions to the wider team,
• Track decisions, dependencies and questions requiring further clarification as part of the overall grooming of a detailed backlog of requirements,
• Help client product owners to prioritise backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and other relevant considerations,
• Serve as the single point of contact for all matters relating to scope and prior scope decisions,
• Liaise with QA teams to ensure requirements meet quality expectations.
• Partake in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to help validate test scripts and secure requirement sign-off,
• Contribute and partake in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, refinement & grooming sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives,
• Perform business analysis wherever required, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and possible feature enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience working at a digital agency as an Information Architect / Business Analyst / Product Designer / Service Designer
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Experience on creating mobile, tablet and web experiences for mid and large sized organisations,
• Experience capturing and managing requirement across the full product lifecycle,
• Experience writing & clarifying user stories & detailed acceptance criteria,
• Experience working with and advising client product owners,
• Experience working with cross functional teams (UX, UI, data, development),
• Experience performing As-Is and To-Be process mapping,
• Demonstratable understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle,
• Experience working on large-scale development programmes with international teams,
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies,
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence & Microsoft Excel,
• Ability to build trust and confidence with stakeholders of all levels,
• Ability to facilitate the resolution of complex problems,
• Ability to produce clear documentation with high attention to detail,
• Ability to express ideas in an articulate and concise manner,
• Collaborative attitude with strong communications skills,
• Ability to travel abroad.
