About the DepartmentThe Department for Child Protection (DCP) plays a key role in the protection of children, young people and their families within South Australia. The department provides support to vulnerable children and young people to be safe, strong and connected.
The OpportunityWe currently have multiple exciting opportunities to join our ICT & Information Management team as a
Business Analyst on short term contracts until 30/06/2022.In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking business analysis functions to enhance and improve business processes and systems.This includes investigating, analysing, researching and documenting business requirements necessary to support the development of systems.
About youWe are looking for confident individuals who have experience in planning and leading business analysis activities, including use of multiple techniques and mechanisms to capture critical information, such as business and functional requirements.Additionally, you will have experience working with complex systems and business processes, under a governance model or Project Management Office and applying modern project and quality management concepts, methodologies, principles and techniques.To find out more about this role, including the

Desirable Qualifications: IIBA Business Analyst Certification or other industry equivalent, Knowledge of BABOK, Knowledge of PMBOK, Experience in Agile Software Development, Experience in ITIL service management.For
