Description

Duties include:

  • Managing clients payroll
  • Validating and inputting data
  • Handling complex customer queries
  • Managing all aspects of tax year end
  • Training team members
  • Supporting customers with processing of their payroll
  • Ensuring reports and payments to employees are accurate and on time
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have payroll experience - essential
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills - essential
  • Be able to adapt to using different types of software - desirable
  • Have high level knowledge of payroll legislation - essential
  • Have knowledge of Tax, NI, SSP and SMP - essential
  • Have worked in a customer service environment - desirable
