Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Financial Control VP to provide support to the Bank´s team in Capitalization matters and other topics. Your responsibilities include:

  • Determine, analyze, and control Capital Index for CS Mexico legal as per CNBV rules.
  • Determine, analyze and control Regulatory limits, such as admitted foreign currency Liabilities, FX Delta Exposure, Liquidity coverage ratio, Liabilities Concentration, Assets concentration, Net Stable Funding, etc.
  • Manage and Complete annually Stress Scenarios for CNBV
  • Manage and develop for Mexico Business plans
  • Coordinate and prepare the Strategic Questionnaire of SHCP for the bank.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Relevant Business Units around topics mentioned above.

Coordinate and comply with all the regulatory reports under Finance responsibility as of: RR01, RR34, RR10, RR12, RR13, RR24, etc.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • +5 years of experience calculating ICAP, LCR and similar ratios as well as other financial limits into a local Bank and desirable in a local Broker Dealer.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as Fixed Income, Derivatives and Loans.
  • Previous experience dealing with authorities around Regulatory Report.
  • Knowledge over regulatory reports for Banks and BD
  • Strong abilities to communicate conclusions based in previous analysis requested.
  • High level of Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel.
  • Proactive instead of reactive.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Leadership for a small and productive team.
