Our client is an international well-branded company in the food & beverage industry. They are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join their team in Tien Giang

Description

You will be responsible for

    Be business partnership and decision support by working closely with the management team, providing insightful financial analysis, Support the business planning cycle such as strategic plan, annual plan and maximizing business performance. Direct and control the cash management including cost control, credits and currency exposure to ensure compliance to the company policy Monitor & manage timely and accurately accounting reports and financial statements to the management. Advise the management on financial matters and update local laws and regulations on the operation of the organization to assist the management in decision making. Provide support to other managers with financial analysis and other financial reporting functions to help them manage their financial responsibilities. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop financial staff to ensure that the company's accounting activities are conducted accurately, consistently and according to relevant laws, regulations and standards Assure overall tax planning functions of the Company and to ensure that the company's overall tax liabilities and exposure are minimized

Profile

Successful Applicants:

    University graduate with Professional charter accountant qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, ICAS) and Chief Accountant certificate is a plus. Minimum five years' experience in accounting and financial management experience covering all aspects of business functions at multi-national company. Experience in of Big 4 or overseas working is a plus Good understanding of VAS and IAS, good understanding of related tax and legal issues and a proven track record of working with related authorities (such as local tax authorities). Strong problem solving, negotiating, analysis and interpersonal skills. Decisiveness and analytical thinker Good communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
