The people we're seeking will have:
LIBOR transition
Applying industry regulations to financial data providers' products
Algo- or etrading assurance
Financial conduct and risk, eg SWAPS mis-selling, FX rigging, etc.

This group work on some of the highest profile remediation and transformation programmes within the capital markets sector. Typical projects include:
- LIBOR transition programmes: including remediation, client communications' strategies, contract management assurance, etc.
- Providing assurance for other financial benchmarks, eg IBOR, EONIA, €STR, as well as firm-specific index advisory work, eg Bloomberg, CME, Moody's, etc.
- Assurance for algorithmic trading and applying RTS 6/MIFID 2 to associated risks and controls
- General financial conduct and risk regulatory and best-practice advisory work.
- Fraud Risk Controls assurance & advisory
The people we're seeking will have:
- Leadership/management experience (required at £50k+ salary levels only)
- Audit or assurance and advisory work experience within Banking, including financial conduct, fraud risk controls, financial benchmarks etc
- Specific project or ops experience providing regulatory or best-practice assurance, or remediation with regard to any of the following:
LIBOR transition
Applying industry regulations to financial data providers' products
Algo- or etrading assurance
Financial conduct and risk, eg SWAPS mis-selling, FX rigging, etc.
- People and project management experience
