This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to lead a small team within a growing Liverpool organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of accounts, finance and payroll whilst managing a team of 4 and reporting directly into the Managing Director.

Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Full production of monthly management accounts
- Supervision, training and recruitment of a team of 4 Accounts Assistants/Juniors
- Production of aged debt, supplier and cash flow reports
- Cash flow forecasting and budget production
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Profile
The successful Finance Manager will be:
- CIMA or ACCA part qualified or qualified by experience within a similar position
- Experienced in using Sage and Excel
- Be adaptable and be able to demonstrate varied management techniques
- Be able to train and develop junior accountancy team members
