Job Summary

An opportunity exists for the position of Business Analyst / Data Analyst within the Bank Loans team. This team is also responsible for supporting continuous operating model and STP improvements across the lifecycle of bank loans servicing, from trade management through to accounting, pricing and reconciliation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Shared Accountabilities

  • Effectively interact with internal and external clients to provide support on a global basis
  • Support internal and client testing activities, and immediate post-production transition assist, and implement test plan development

Education, Experience and Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
  • 4-7 years of related financial services experience
  • Proven track record of data and business analysis
  • Understanding of SQL queries and analysis
  • Understanding of Change Management
  • Direct client facing experience
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze large and complex data sets, use of data comparison tools, look for patterns and data exceptions
  • Experience in documentation of Operational processes
  • Strong analytical and solid time management skills, able to prioritize
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player with can-do attitude
