How will you make an impact?
The Business Analyst and CRM Specialist will drive process improvements within the commercial organization and expand functionality of our CRM across the business. Other activities include customer hierarchy alignment, quoting and pricing improvements, development coordination including testing and implementation of our CRM, and providing ongoing analytical support for a variety of internal departments.

This is an exciting role in which no 2 days are the same you will be in a unique position where you will get to work with all the processes and departments that make Thermo Fisher Scientific function!

You may have worked in any of these types of roles or similar Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, Business Analyst or a power user for a CRM.

What you will do:
  • Support regional CRM users (Salesforce) and drive regional alignment with strategic CRM initiatives
  • Maintain and develop CRM business processes and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required.
  • Facilitate account changes according to policy and ensure that territorial alignments are accurate and aligned with commission processes.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for quarterly performance metrics.
  • Provide training on the CRM around improvements and extended capabilities.
  • Manage metrics and trends, implementing proactive actions to increase efficiencies and productivity.

How will you get here?
  • BS/BA degree in an analytical or business field (operations management, engineering, sciences finance, business).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and forecasting and an understanding of how CRM systems relate to the forecasting process
  • Experience as using a CRM as a power user or have strong technical aptitude
  • Proven Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.
