Client
A State Government client is embarking on a journey of establishing a 'capability based reusable technology platform' that will increase effectiveness, efficiency, and speed with a view to reducing the 'siloed' approach to providing services. This will be a digital transformation which will involve the implementation of potentially a COTS solution.
If you are a Business Analyst with experience of having worked within an Agile environment and on either a business systems and/or digital transformation, we would be keen to hear from you.

3-5 years experience
Design thinking (Desirable)
Experienced with COTS applications

- Transformation experience with an Agile approach
- Sound experience in preparing project documentation including business process models and user requirements
- Customer centric design thinking
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
- Ability to create artefacts such as: Customer Journey Maps, Customer Storyboards, Confluence Service Specifications, Jira Epics (whilst giving consideration to how the functional user stories will be written and tested during the next phase)'
- As soon as possible start, 6 month contract with potential for ongoing
- Provides expert professional and technical advice to support decision making
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
