We are looking for an Assistant HR & Payroll Officer to support the HR & Payroll Transaction process from appointment through the full employment cycle. You will provide high quality, consistent delivery across all activities, in accordance with the principles of performance management and Serco's policies.

As HR/Payroll Advisor you will demonstrate a strong commitment to ensure standards of service and quality are achieved and maintained in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

What you'll need to do the role

To be successful in the role you will need a high level of understanding and expertise with integrated HR/Payroll applications (SAP), excellent communication skills, a strong data entry background and experience on Microsoft Office applications.
