Role Purpose
Being part of ANZ accounting team taking care of Fixed asset accounting, sales reconciliations & reporting, manage month end book closing, assist in audit, prepare Sales incentive calculations, provide support to all internal stakeholder & KL service centre for Accounts payable/T&E claims issue.

Essential Job Functions
  • Ensuring timely and accurate accounting of Fixed assets/Depreciation calculation, physical verification and US GAAP compliance and complete the Audit, assist in preparing AOP for FA/Depreciation
  • Manage the sales incentive calculations for ANZ ( quarterly) accurately and work with BU/HR for getting it paid on time. Do analysis , scenario working and actively participate in scheme designing
  • Accounting of sales rebate , accruals, reconciliation to GL , all sales reporting tool ( Qlkview, sales 360 etc), circulate daily sales report
  • Act as point of contact between KL service centre & internal EW stakeholders for Vendors & T&E payments. Identify and resolve issue thru collaboration
  • Month end book closing entries related expenses, accruals, warranty reserve, other expenses, PII entries
  • Develop an understanding of pricing , tender management to act as back up ( independently)
  • Design and running various management analysis reports , ad hoc reports, work on various finance projects
  • Other incidental duties

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 2+ years experience in related fields required
Experience in Accounts with MNC preferred

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding of analytics and tender management
• Strict attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
• Hands on experience in ERP system
• Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
