Your role as a Business Analyst will drive important initiatives across our technology platforms to keep the company evolving and adapt to rapid changes in the market. Delivering the suitable solutions to meet the customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide system improvement to improve the work efficiency and future workforce model.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Working with the sales team and marketing team to formulate and document business requirements to improve sales by different marketing platform and working efficiency.
- Identifying and analysing business requirements to define the functional specifications and test plans for the system.
- Migrating business requirements into detailed functional requirement specifications and implementing best practices for improving our system, websites, and APP functionality to meet the business requirements.
- Coordinating with sales and operation departments for arriving at a mutually acceptable solution and developing integrating management communication plans.
- Ability to use hybrid Agile project management method and project management techniques to develop and manage project.
- Validate proposed solution designs and architecture against business requirements, system requirements and business processes in FileMaker.
- Taking responsibility for designing and developing function solutions with advanced technologies and providing guidance in the system project decision making process
- System Analyse, Monitor, Programming, server and database management.
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing, and correcting errors for the system.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT analytical area, especially in the Solution Integrator space and business analysis.
- Tertiary qualified degree in Computer Science or Business Analyst
- Knowledge of the automotive and/or automotive insurance industry preferable
- Knowledge and experience in working through complex solution and architecture decisions when responding to a business requirement
- Business Analysis experience (both with requirements and process modelling) both in a waterfall and agile environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude with excellent communication, team work and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and business writing skills and ability to thoroughly document/technical writing skills
- Highly proficient in Salesforce architecture, FileMaker.
- Experienced in Web Services based development and use of system integration API and IOS/Android APP development and maintenance.
- Familiar with SQL, database concepts and data modelling
