International Tax Services Assistant Manager

Client responsibilities

► Participate in international tax engagements

► Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

► Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties

► Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

► Build strong internal relationships with other members of the international tax team and across other services

People responsibilities

► Contribute to performance feedback for staff

► Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining international tax professionals

► Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis

► Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Technical skills requirements

► An undergraduate degree, preferably with an emphasis in economics, finance or law (an advanced degree in economics, law, tax or accounting is desirable)

► A minimum of two years' tax experience, ideally within a professional services environment

► CPA and/or LLM certification preferred

► Broad exposure to international taxation preferred

► Strong organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills

► Proficiency in Arabic skill is highly desirable
