Finance Business Partner/ FP&A

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a well established and successful business in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Finance Business Partner to manage the financials for one of their divisions as well providing FP&A support to the group.

This is a newly created role which reports directly to the Head of Finance. It will provide the post holder with great visibility across the finance function and wider business. Duties will include: -

*Business partnering with both financial and non-financial stakeholders to aid financial understanding and drive decision making. This includes responsibility for:
*Monthly reporting, identifying risks and opportunities in the plan and driving actions to address them
*Preparing of monthly forecasting/ re-forecasting
*Delivery of ad hoc analysis and business case support
*Support the delivery of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing change projects across the finance team and wider business;
*Support on ad-hoc projects as required

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Have experience of financial reporting and providing commercial insight to a range of stakeholders
*Have strong presentation skills, both written and oral, ability to flex style depending on audience
*Be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders including negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution
*Demonstrate the ability to prioritise in a dynamic business
*Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills
*Be IT literate, with strong Excel skills
